At ECOMDEVILS, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. 10-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Health & hygiene items (for safety reasons)

  • Products marked as Final Sale


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or a short video of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund as quickly as possible.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

  • Please do not send items back to the original shipping address. Our support team will provide the correct return instructions.


5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  • Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, check your bank or payment account again.

  • If still missing, contact your payment provider, then contact us if needed — we’ll help resolve it
